Our Vision:
To empower those returning from incarceration with resources and support through community partnerships, reducing recidivism, and fostering a safer and more inclusive, community.
Our Goals:
Connect justice-affected populations with educational programming, resources to meet basic needs, and other supports necessary to reintegrate into the community;
Reduce stigma with a focus on removing barriers to stability and elevating the voices and experiences of justice-impacted individuals;
Complement rather than duplicate or replace the efforts of other area social service agencies.
Join us from 1:00 – 2:00 on the third Friday of each month to learn about organizations in our community and the resources that they can provide. This is held on Zoom, link here.
